MILWAUKEE — Charlotte Hornets forward Grant Williams is expected to miss the remainder of the 2024-25 NBA season after suffering a torn ACL in his right knee. Williams left Saturday night’s 125-119 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks late in the fourth quarter with the injury.
Williams was hurt on a drive to the basket with just under four minutes remaining with the Bucks leading 114-101. He finished 2-for-6 with eight points and seven rebounds in 32 minutes.
The 6-foot-6 forward is averaging 10.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists off the bench for the Hornets.
